ROCK THE DRESS

Are you getting married this year, and wondering what to do with your dress afterwards? Perhaps you’ve already found the dress of your dreams and can’t wait to wear it on your big day? I know I was more excited about my dress than anything else (except, perhaps, the actual ‘getting married’ bit!) but I felt some sadness, even before my wedding day, that I’d only get to wear this dress once. I loved it. I wanted to wear it ALL. THE. TIME. But, of course, you can’t.
Except that, now, more and more women are dressing up again, after their wedding day, to get some gorgeous photographs. Photographs that really show off the dress, show off the fun of wearing the dress. It’s not about setting fire to your dress, or covering it in paint (although I’m happy to do the latter) – it’s about treasuring your dress, without worrying about a little dust or dirt. So, if you’ve just bought your dress, it’s something to bear in mind for after your wedding day.

Amelia - 7 months

Let me introduce...AMELIA! Her mommy and I were great friends in high school and today I got to meet her gorgeous baby, Amelia. This is just a sneak peek of what is to come. Prepare yourself for the cuteness! Oh and I learned that it is really hard to photograph babies and puppies together. At the same time. But, Clancey is the CUTEST puppy ever and I still got some good shots. Enjoy! And special thanks to Libby for having patience like I do!

Dylan - Lil Heartbreaker

Dylan's mommy and I are long lost friends, so this shoot was especially fun for me. I had a blast shooting Dylan and his sweet mommy and daddy! I hope they don't think I am crazy for laying in their street and setting up my stuff in their bathroom! I promise that this child does not take a bad picture and so it was really hard to narrow their Sneek Peak down! I hope you enjoy!

The Gordon's

David and Abby Gordon and their labs Maddie and Doc. Very fun shoot at the Gordon house. I wouldn't go so far as to say the dogs LOVED it, but they were really cooperative! I know there are a lot of the sepia vintage looking shots, but I couldn't help myself. The house, the dogs, THE SWING, Abby's boots and ruffle jacket, - everything was screaming to be sepia. Little Miracles

Meet Abigail and Juliette! The sweetest little babies ever. These 10 day old twins were so sweet and calm during their session. These precious little girls are quite the fighters and have already endured so much in the 10 days since their birth. They are thriving and showing the world their strength. Thanks to Brad and Mandy for letting me photograph your amazing daughters; they are truly your little miracles.
